Cancel Subscription
Click the "Cancel Subscription" button and follow the confirmation prompts.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours.

Free Trial Cancellation
Cancel anytime during your free trial period without any charges.
Monthly Subscription
Cancel your monthly plan anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
Annual Subscription

Detailed Cancellation Terms
1. Cancellation Process
You may cancel your QRify subscription at any time through your account dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Cancellations must be initiated through your account dashboard
- Email or phone cancellation requests are not accepted for security reasons
- You will receive email confirmation within 24 hours
- Access to premium features continues until the end of your billing period
2. Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies based on your subscription type and timing of cancellation:
- Free Trial: No charges applied, immediate cancellation
- Monthly Plans: No refund for the current month, cancellation effective at period end
- Annual Plans: Prorated refund for unused months if cancelled within 30 days
- Enterprise Plans: Refunds as per individual contract terms
3. Data Retention
After cancellation, your account and data handling follows these guidelines:
- QR codes remain active for 30 days after cancellation
- Account data is retained for 90 days for potential reactivation
- Analytics data is permanently deleted after 90 days
- You can export your data anytime before cancellation
4. Reactivation
You can reactivate your account within 90 days of cancellation:
- All previous QR codes and settings will be restored
- Analytics data from before cancellation will be available
- Current pricing will apply for reactivation
- No reactivation fees or penalties
5. Special Circumstances
We understand that special situations may arise:
- Medical emergencies or hardship cases will be reviewed individually
- Technical issues preventing service use may qualify for prorated refunds
- Billing errors will be corrected and refunded promptly
- Contact our support team for assistance with special circumstances

- • Cancellation does not automatically delete your account
- • QR codes will stop working after the grace period expires
