Detailed Shipping Terms
1. Digital Service Delivery
All QRify services are primarily digital and delivered instantly upon successful payment processing.
- Account activation: Immediate upon email verification
- Premium features: Activated within 5 minutes of payment
- API access: Available immediately after subscription
- Download access: Instant for all digital assets
2. Physical Material Shipping
Physical materials are only available for Enterprise customers and custom orders.
- Minimum order value: ₹5,000 for domestic shipping
- International shipping: Available for orders above ₹10,000
- Custom packaging available for bulk orders
- Tracking information provided for all shipments
3. Shipping Costs & Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and delivery speed.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹15,000 (domestic)
- Express shipping available at additional cost
- Insurance included for shipments above ₹10,000
- Customs duties (international) are customer's responsibility
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
- Processing time: 1-2 business days for physical items
- Domestic delivery: 3-7 business days (standard)
- International delivery: 7-21 business days
- Delays possible during peak seasons or due to customs
5. Tracking & Support
We provide comprehensive tracking and support for all shipments.
- Tracking number provided within 24 hours of dispatch
- Real-time tracking updates via email and SMS
- Delivery confirmation with signature (for valuable items)
- Customer support available for shipping queries
6. Failed Delivery & Returns
In case of failed delivery attempts or returns:
- 3 delivery attempts will be made
- Package held at local facility for 7 days
- Return shipping costs may apply for failed deliveries
- Refund processed after return inspection

- • Physical shipping only applies to Enterprise custom orders
- • International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes
- • Delivery times may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier delays
- • Address changes after dispatch may incur additional charges
- • PO Box addresses may not be accepted for certain carriers
